The New York Post is reporting that Justin partied it up at several New York City nightclubs on July 16 and left the one hot spot at 3 A.M. with TWO models in tow!
Not a big deal...if he wasn't reportedly back with Selena Gomez!!
She's not the only one who is mad at the Biebs! He reportedly ticked off the Four Seasons Philadelphia hotel after he bailed on reservations he and his crew made for 18 rooms earlier this week too!
The hotel supposedly blocked off several floors and accommodated to Justin's every need in order to prep for his arrival. His crew said they bailed because they were allegedly worried about Philly's paparazzi.
