Harry Styles is getting a makeunder! The singer got geek-chic on the set of his new music video for “Best Song Ever” along with his One Direction bandmates, trading in his swoon-worthy good looks for a nerdier getup. In a trailer released Thursday for the video, the 19-year-old’s curly coif is slicked back as he rocks a pair of geeky sunglasses and an equally nerdy ensemble. His character has been dubbed “Marcel the marketing guy” and he even tested his acting chops by staying in character.
But Styles isn’t the only member of the band heading in another direction. Niall Horan underwent an even more extreme transformation thanks to some prosthetics and one talented makeup artist. The only Irish lad of the bunch dressed up as an older (and unattractive) studio executive.
