Demi Lovato: 'Didn't Want To Be' In 'Made In The USA' Video

Demi Lovato exits Hotel Monaco to attend a meet and greet at Q102 on Thursday (July 18) in Philadelphia, Penn.

The day before, the 20-year-old entertainer hit the stage to perform during the Pop-Tarts Crazy Good Summer Concert held at the River Stage at Great Plaza.

Demi recently revealed that she didn’t want to be in the music video for her latest single “Made in the USA.”

“I want people to connect with the characters, and I actually didn’t want to be in it at all,” Demi told MTV. “I wanted to be all behind the camera, and then my label and everyone was like, ‘You have to be in the video, it’s your song.’ So, I was like, ‘Alright, fine, I’ll be in the video.’ And that’s why it’s just a few performance shots, and I also wanted to tie the performance into how they met.”
