Miley Cyrus has officially completed her transition from Disney darling, to wild child, to full-on NSFW. A new pic has been released from her Maxim Hot 100 photoshoot, in which Cyrus appears holding her jacket open, with nothing on underneath.
The photo, which first appeared on CelebSlam.com, appears to be real -- she's wearing the same outfit she wore in a photo officially released by Maxim -- and her nail polish matches, too.
It's not the first photo scandal Cyrus has encountered. Someone hacked her phone back in December 2010 and released nude photos, and a gossip blogger tweeted an up-skirt photo of her earlier that year. However, this is a little different: Miley is now a full-fledged adult, and as far as we can tell from the photo, she's openly baring her breasts in a photoshoot, not taking selfies for private use.
