Uh oh! The Biebs could be in some serious trouble!
According to a new report on TMZ, Justin Bieber could easily be prosecuted and charged with battery for allegedly spitting on and threatening his California neighbor awhile back.
All of this comes after the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has reportedly insisted the singer get in trouble for his actions after they investigated the situation that occurred in March.
The site is also reporting that the Sheriff's investigators aren't asking for jail time but mandatory counseling to help calm Justin's recent behavior. They're reportedly worried he's going to get his butt kicked by someone or sued for a lot of money if he doesn't straighten up. They are also not singling him out because he's a celebrity either.
