Liam Hemsworth hops out of his car on his way to the gym for a workout on Thursday afternoon (April 25) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
The 24-year-old actor’s fiance Miley Cyrus recently appeared in The Real Change Project TV special, alongside her friend Justin Bieber.
The special follows musicians who sponsor classrooms and go back to their hometown schools to introduce the teachers who inspired them and surprise the students.
