Teen.com’s not the only one with a girl crush on Jennifer Lawrence. As proven by Selena Gomez, the Hunger Games actress has an effect on even the most famous of celebrities.
At the InStyle/WB Golden Globes After Party this past Sunday, Selena was nothing but giddy, despite reports that she very recently broke up with longtime boyfriend Justin Bieber “for good.” While walking the red carpet, with pals Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale and Sarah Hyland close behind, one lucky reporter got the Spring Breakers star to spill on her favorite parts about the night’s festivities. This was her response: “As an actress — seeing Jennifer Lawrence after all she’s been through, even after being a part of an incredible franchise, seeing her acceptance speech was incredible; it was a good moment for me. I don’t even know her, but I think she’s so cool and I think she deserved it.” Like we said, girl crush! Though, we’re not sure what she meant by “after all she’s been through.”
The reporter then inquired about the people Sel met throughout the evening. Her response was… interesting: “I totally have met incredible people tonight. I came here two years ago and people totally, completely appreciate the art of what tonight is and the Golden Globes and people have worked so hard, so that’s why I appreciate being here and seeing the people and how hard they’ve worked.” Trust us, when you watch it for yourself, you’ll find out why we refer to it as ‘interesting.’
