While working the red carpet at Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball yesterday, we heard whispers of a surprise guest - whispers that spread like wildfire until it was pretty much confirmed a certain Taylor Swift was in the building.
'Oh that's nice,' we said to each other. 'She'll be doing a suprise performance or something.'
We were wrong. In fact, Tay Swiz wasn't at the ball in any professional capacity at all - she'd simply come to watch boyfriend Harry Styles and his One Direction bandmates do their thang* in the O2 Arena.
Sheesh Kebob, did Haylor just take a turn for the serious? After all, dropping everything and flying across the world to be with a guy isn't an every day occurrance.
OK yes, maybe it is for Taylor.
ANYWAY, Tay-Tay was originally spotted by some eagle-eyed audience members, who saw her watching Lawson's set from the side of the stage.
