The 'Little Things' singer says the music mogul is fully involved with the band's career.
One Direction star Niall Horan has hailed Simon Cowell as a "great boss" and says the Syco head is constantly in touch with them about their progress in the music industry.
The 'Live While We're Young' five-piece who were mentored on The X Factor by Simon back in 2010, have confirmed that Simon is still very involved and supportive with their career.

"If he's heard something happened we'll always get a congratulations or something," the 'Little Things' singer explained. "He's been very supportive, obviously more so for our music.
The 'What Makes You Beautiful' singer went on to say that the band have "luckily" never had to argue with the music mogul because they always agree on decision about the band.
"Luckily enough we've never had to disagree," Niall explained. "He gives us a lot of freedom and stuff that we want to do."
He added: "He's great, a good boss overall really."
The band are currently preparing to unveil the music video for their brand new single 'Kiss You' , after posting a teaser online last week.
