Fifth Harmony takes the stage at the X Factor Finale with judge Demi Lovato on Wednesday night (December 19) in Los Angeles.
The all-girl group — made up of Ally Hernandez, 19, Camila Cabello, 15, Normani Hamilton, 16, Dinah Hansen, 17, and Lauren Jauregui, 16 — were honored to perform Demi‘s hit “Give Your Heart A Break” with the singer!
