Fans of ‘Harry Potter’ will be reeling today from the news that the cast of the movies, including Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint reunite for a ninth movie, which is allegedly being shot in secret.
The hugely popular franchise actually came to an end last year, with the final instalment ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2’, which saw schoolboy wizard Harry triumph over his evil arch enemy Voldemort, concluding the story.
But, now The Sun has reported that a mini-movie, which will be shown exclusively at Harry Potter theme parks is currently underway.
"The cast have really enjoyed getting back together - they are so tight-knit," an insider told the publication.
It is rumoured that Helena Bonham Carter is among the re-assembled cast that is currently shooting the ‘mini-movie’, and has reprised her role as Bellatrix Lestrange.
The newspaper reports that the new footage will be shown at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Florida’s Universal Studios, but no word if it will be shown at the Harry Potter Studio at Leavesden studio.
Two further parks are currently being built around the world, with one opening in California in 2014 before another in Japan in 2016.
"The shooting schedule is nowhere near as long as the films, so though filming has been intense, the stars have enjoyed being able to pop in and out," the source continued.
