The 22-year-old musician dolled up in a Zuhair Murad mini dress with Neil Lane jewelry and Jimmy Choo heels.
Taylor took home the Favorite Female Country Artist award, beating out Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood. Congrats, Taylor!
