He is one of the most followed people on Twitter and now it seems that Justin Bieber is reportedly the first music artist to receive over 800 million views on YouTube!
The 18-year-old singer’s video for ‘Baby’ passed the mark on Friday (November 16), according to WENN.
The song features rapper Ludacris with the hit being the debut release from Justin in February 2010. It garnered huge attention for the then 16-year-old.
The video was directed by Ray Kay and it features Jasmine Villegas and it included a cameo from Drake.
Justin first found fame by uploading videos of himself singing on to YouTube. This gained him a following and interest from industry heads.
He is slowly inching towards the 1 billion views mark, however South Korean star Psy’s Guinness World Record-breaking ‘Gangnam Style’ video is not far behind with 730 million views in just four months.
Psy recently teased a possible collaboration with Justin.
