ONE DIRECTION have been sharing their wisdom for success with X Factor hopefuls Union J, and Harry Styles had some specific instructions for curly haired member George Shelley. One Direction met the new boy band last week and were keen to hand out advice as veterans of the pop world. According to the Daily Mirror, while 1D member Liam Tomlinson gave predictable suggestions such as "be yourself" and "get out there and have fun", it was Styles who doled out the more practical recommendations. Explaining that great hair is an asset for success - especially with the older ladies - Styles warned Shelley: "Never cut your curls".
