At the tender age of 20, Demi Lovato is two years out of rehab and settling into her role giving advice as a mentor/judge on Fox’s “X-Factor.”
She tells next month’s Teen Vogue how she keeps things together.
“I did kind of a friend cleanse right after rehab, where I weeded out people who didn’t have my best interests at heart,” she says. “Now I have friends who love me for who I am and don’t care about what I’m doing ... Some of them don’t even know my songs!”
