Watch this recent radio interview with 93.3 FLZ, where Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Niall Horan talk about sleeping in the nude.
Louis says, "I always sleep naked," with Niall adding, "It's so much better."
Louis chimed in, "So much easier."
And Harry (oh Harry!) says "Let it all hang out."
Niall added, "I did it last night."
And if you need further clarification for why the 1D guys sleep naked? Louis has that covered, explaining, "It's been in your boxers all day, restricted, it needs time to breathe."

And speaking of nakedness...
There was some buzz that Niall tweeted a naked picture of Louis' bare bum, but it turns out it was a fake!
One Direction's rep said it's not Louis, and Niall doesn't even have an Instagram account!
