Liam Hemsworth's fiancée Miley Cyrus has decided to change her light tresses for a lighter, blond 'do, and if it's true that blondes have more fun, then this party girl is in for quite a ride.
The 19-year-old posted a photo of her new look on Twitter yesterday saying, "Now that I'm blonde I gotta give duck lips in every photo."
This isn't the only change Cyrus has undergone recently. She just added some new ink to her fabulous bod by getting a Theodore Roosevelt quote tatted on her inner arm. Surprised? We were, too.
