In a new interview, Justin gives his definition of love--well, he tries to, but with his screaming fangirls in the room, he can't exactly get his thoughts together.
Until he quiets them down, that is.
It sounds like Justin is pretty in love with Selena, as he explains love is "Just being completely head over heels for somebody and not caring about anything [else], just being completely all the way in."
We'd say Justin and Selena are all the way in, wouldn't you?
