Demi Lovato is once again finding herself explaining whether she's dating Niall Horan or not.
Quite honestly, we're getting mixed messages.
On the one hand, Demi once again notes that the pair are just friends, explaining in a recent X Factor interview, "No, I'm not [dating Niall]. He's really sweet and he's one of my really good friends now."
She added, "But I'm single at the moment and I plan to be for a long time because I need to focus on my career and myself and my well-being before I think about getting in a relationship with anyone."
Niall's One Direction bandmates, however, seemed to throw out a sign that Niall and Demi are an item, as they were asked in concert what they would name a cat--and Liam said Niall's cat would be named Demi Lovato!
