Justin Bieber wants you to smell like his one and only.
The teen pop star is sending his female fans in a spin over his soon-to-be relieased second fragrance “Girlfriend.”
The celebrity scent, set to hit Macy’s on June 18, comes in a pink and purple bottle, wrapped in a swirling, multi-colored cocoon.
His first fragrance, the fruity ‘Someday’ was a smashing success in 2011, earning $3 million in just three weeks at Macy's Herald Square.
It went on to become the best-selling new women’s fragrance of of 2011.
The singer’s presence at the New York City department store caused chaos.
Screaming teens clashed with security in order to get a closer look at the Canadian-born singer.
"We haven't seen anything like this since [Jennifer Lopez's] Glow and [Britney Spears'] Curious," industry analyst Karen Grant told Women's Wear Daily last year.
Not everyone was happy with Bieber’s foray in the world of fragrance.
Perfume fans cried foul when they saw the floral-topped bottle, claiming it looked a little too much like Marc Jacobs own bestselling “Lola” scent from 2009.
The superstar designer said he considered suing but ultimately changed his mind.
"We had a conversation about it," he told Women's Wear Daily. "Coty said ‘Do we sue them?' and I said, 'You know what? Let everyone else say what they want.'"
There’s plenty of money behind the pushing “Girlfriend” to the top of the sales charts -- of the perfume counter.
The New York Times reported that Give Back brands and its partners will spend $20 million to promote it via social media.
Part of the promotion involves getting his fans to sing along -- they can send in videos of themselves covering Justin's single "Boyfriend" -- but singing the fragrance name "Girlfriend” instead.
Cosmetics giant Elizabeth Arden plans to make a pretty penny off “Girlfriend” -- it recently acquired the license for the Justin Bieber fragrances.
He's got competition in the world of sexy scents -- his girlfriend Selena Gomez.
The singer also turned to her fans for fragrance inspiration. They chose the notes: Raspberry, vanilla and chocolate.
