As one of the biggest music events in the calender, the Billboard Music Awards 2012 is set to be bigger and better than ever.
Usher and Kelly Clarkson are the latest acts confirmed to perform at the prestigious awards.
The singer's will also be joined by Nelly Furtado and rockers Linkin Park at the ceremony in Las Vegas later this month.
Justin Bieber and The Wanted were the first names added to the industry event last month and The Voice coach Cee Lo Green was also named as a performer on the night last week.
Adele, LMFAO and Rihanna are among the lead nominations for this year's Billboard Awards.
'The Someone Like You' singer has been nominated in 18 categories including 'Top Artist', where she face competition form Lady GaGa, Rihanna, Katy Perry and Lil Wayne.
LMFAO follow with recognition in 17 categories. Rihanna has been nominated in 13 categories this year. While, Lady GaGa and Lil Wayne each received 10 nominations in unique categories.
Nominations for the 'Top New Artist' include Bad Meets Evil, Big Sean, Foster The People, Scotty McCreery and Wiz Khalifa.
The awards are based on Billboard chart positionings from March 1, 2011 to February 29, 2012. The Billboard Music Awards will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 20 at 8/7c on ABC.
