Miley Cyrus received the "best birthday gift," and while some may think it was something special from her mom or from her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, it was actually something even better.
"Your fans helped raise $2,000 for @starkeyhearing in honor of your birthday (sic)," tweeted an MC fan account. "That is the best birthday gift anyone could've given me! I love you all! Thank you," Miley responded. The teen queen is dedicated to the Starkey Hearing Foundation, and she makes trips to Haiti with them quite often. They fit children with hearing aids who otherwise wouldn't be able to have access to the life-altering medical devices. It's a great cause, and Miley is very passionate about it.
Cyrus spent her 19th birthday partying with her friends and her beau, but she is so thankful for her fans and their efforts in helping out those in need on her special day. It was a nice surprise for her and you can tell that she is so grateful.
