So Justin Bieber has taken the DNA paternity test to prove whether he is or isn't the father of Mariah Yeater's four month old. Only yesterday reports were stating that Mariah Yeater had failed to get in touch since. However, this morning TMZ reports that Mariah WILL give over her baby Tristyn's DNA for testing.
Our brains hurt.
Justin Bieber's team claimed that Mariah Yeater's people had not been in touch. However, now Mariah Yeater's attorney Jeffrey Leving has told TMZ that his co-counsel were in touch on Monday and Tuesday.
He also stated that Mariah is not 'avoiding the DNA test' and can't wait to compare the DNA with Justin Bieber's.
However (here it comes), Leving claims he has a big problem with the way Justin Bieber's test was carried out as a member of Yeater's team was not present so the proper controls may not have been in place.
And so the saga continues...
