Demi Lovato blows away the audience as she performs at the 2011 Do Something Awards held at the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday evening (August 14) in Hollywood.
This marks the first time the 18-year-old singer has performed her hit comeback single, “Skyscraper.”
Demi, who caught up with good friend Kim Kardashian, also took home the award for Charity Song for “Make A Wave,” her duet with Joe Jonas.
