Demi Lovato has praised actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, after she checked herself into a mental health clinic last week.
The 41-year-old star of Chicago sought help for her bipolar disorder by entering a facility in Connecticut to help with her battle with depression.
Now the Camp Rock star, who entered a treatment center herself for an eating disorder late last year, has applauded Catherine's actions.
"I don't know Catherine Zeta-Jones personally but what she has decided to do... SO brave," Demi wrote in support on her Twitter page yesterday. "And SO difficult but worth it... I'm proud of her."
This week Lovato revealed she got help for her own problems after she had a nervous breakdown, which caused her family to hold an intervention.
Demi recently said it's her fans that inspired her new tattoos - after she got inked with "stay" and "strong" on her wrists.
