Taylor Swift has reportedly won a civil suit against sixteen individuals who were caught selling non-licensed merchandise during her Fearless tour.
Various sources claim that a Tennessee judge sided with the 20-year-old star, ordering that all defendants immediately suspend sales and production of items making use of Swift's likeness and trademarks.
According to Swift, her merchandise enforcement found the individuals selling counterfeit t-shirts during her concerts in 2009. The items have since been collected and destroyed by the court.
Swift is also making headlines this week for her appearance on the cover of Glamour. In the accompanying interview Swift admits that many songs on her new album Speak Now are drawn from real-life experiences.
"Everything that happens to me gets put into a song. For some reason, I'm really comfortable talking about my personal life in songs," she explains in the interview.
Speak Now is due out through Big Machine Records on October 25.
