One Direction Movie 'Where We Are' Concert Film Coming in October!

A One Direction moving is coming to a theater near you soon! Big news, but maybe not as huge as their first film, This Is Us, which was life changing, after all. Still, it's great for anyone who can't get to a One Direction concert or wants to re-live the experience again. But, it's only playing for one weekend in October, so get your calendar out and start the countdown now.

The guys made the movie announcement in a new video, plus released a trailer for the flick, called One Direction: Where We Are – The Concert Film, playing in theaters on October 11 and 12 only. You'll see their San Siro stadium concert in Milan, plus there's a 15 minute interview and plenty of behind-the-scenes footage.

Tickets go on sale July 28 and you can check out their 1DConcertFilm website for all the details.

The One Direction boys have thanked their fans for an "unforgettable" weekend of concerts at Wembley.

They stormed the iconic venue yesterday on the last night of the London leg of their Where We Are tour, with their biggest hits sending One Directioners into mayhem yet again.

Louis Tomlinson took to Twitter to tell fans he and the other boys "will never forget this weekend," for which he said they would be "eternally grateful."

Harry Styles meanwhile tweeted: "Thank you so much Wembley. To everyone who spent their evening with us... You were on another level. Thank you for having us .x"

During last night's gig the boys got everyone to sing along (not that they needed to ask) and Liam Payne said at the end: "That was the loudest Little Things sing along ever."

One Direction adds second Manila date

Popular boy band One Direction has added another date on their Manila stop after tickets for their concert here next year quickly sold out last week.

In a tweet posted on Sunday, Rhiza Pascua, head of concert promoter MMI Live, confirmed that a second show has been added to the group's "On The Road Again" stop in Manila in 2015.

According to 1D Street Team PH, the official fan club for the group in the Philippines, the date of the selling of the tickets will be posted later in the week.

Whether ticket prices would change has also yet to be announced, the "street team" added.

Meanwhile, in a tweet posted on Monday, GMA News reporter Cata Tibayan said the tickets will be sold both online and in SM ticket outlets, contrary to previous reports that the sale will remain exclusively online.

One Direction's concerts are now set for March 21 and 22, 2015 at the SM Mall of Asia grounds.

There was a massive turnout when ticket booths opened last Friday, as fans showed up at the MOA grounds as early as Thursday, some of them even bringing pillows, fans, food, and drinks. According to an earlier report by GMA News' Athena Imperial, tickets sold out quickly, including VIP tickets worth P17,950.

One Direction get together for a group selfie during their Where We Are tour concert on Wednesday night (April 30) in Santiago, Chile.

The guys – Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Niall Horan – recreated the star-studded selfie made famous at the Oscars.

“Full picture of tonight’s selfie wouldn’t fit on insta,” Liam captioned the pic on Twitter.

The day before, Harry and Liam were spotted chilling out and enjoying the view around Machu Picchu in Peru.

Harry Styles Promises One Direction Where We Are Tour Will Be "Bigger and Better"

One Direction's Where We Are tour starts tonight in Bogota, Colombia--and excitement over the upcoming concert has been off-the-charts. Yesterday, we got to listen to One Direction's rehearsal/soundcheck for the first show and that teaser definitely offers the promise of an epic tour.

Speaking with Capital FM, Harry Styles dished on what fans can expect--it's not like Directioners will be disappointed, but Harry's got some perspective on what the shows will offer the parents and non-fans in the stadiums.

He explained, "It's important for us that we kind of make each tour bigger and better than the one before. We want everyone to come and enjoy the show."

Harry added, "[Even] if they're a dad, if they're not necessarily a fan, we want them to still feel like they've seen a show and go away and say, 'Actually they're quite good'... It's important that we make sure the show and the music and everything stays very, very exciting."

Niall shared his excitement on Twitter this morning, writing: "So this is it ! 'Where we are' tour is finally here! never been more ready! Can't wait"

One Direction 'Where We Are' Tour Colombia Rehearsal Video, Tweets and More

Okay, we're trying to play it cool, but OMG One Direction's Where We Are tour kicks off tomorrow. And, if you're anything like us (obsessed), you've been following along on Twitter for any tidbits about the guys' Colombia concert.

Niall Horan has been the most tweety of the group, drumming up some excitement (as if that's necessary) and keeping fans in the loop on what's happening.

Other exciting developments include the stage (massive), security presence (see pic below...we mean..really?), merchandise setup, and those lucky fans eavesdropping on soundcheck rehearsals and posting clips online (including a cover of "Hey Brother" by Avicii).

One Direction Setlist Leaked for Where We Are Tour, But Is It Legit?

Did the One Direction set list for their upcoming Where We Are tour leak online? While fans were excited to see what songs they'll be performing and the order, it turns out it's not the real deal.

Red flag #1: the sheet lists 5SOS returning to the stage for their Colombia show--but 5SOS won't be on tour with them in Colombia. So there's that.

And while it looks like an amazing lineup, this isn't legit, according to Niall Horan. And he should know. A fan decided to take it to the source, asking Nialler, "This setlist is fake right." His response? "Yeh it's fake."

'Going good' - Harry Styles keeps fans up to date with One Direction's 'Where We Are' tour preparations

Harry Styles has promised fans rehearsals are "going good".

One Direction are currently working hard in preparation for their Where We Are Tour. Harry and bandmates Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne are positive about the progress they're making.

"Rehearsals are going good for the tour, it's so soon. Can't wait to see you all.. H (sic)," 20-year-old Harry posted on Twitter.

Niall, 20, is also gearing himself up for the shows. The first concert will kick off in Bogota, Colombia, on April 25.

"Bogota you're first," Niall wrote.

"Back in rehearsals! Not long left now!! Gona be fun!

"We're coming ! (sic)"

It's clearly a team effort as the boys gear up for tour, but there's been speculation recently that curly-haired heartthrob Harry is planning to go solo. Recent reports suggested that the singer has been working with One Republic's Ryan Tedder on some music not intended for the band.

"Harry and Ryan have been working on new material together," a source claimed to British newspaper The Sun. "They’ve met a number of times before with the band but have never worked together properly.

"There’s a mutual appreciation there. If there’s one person to get the best out of Harry, it’s Ryan.

"The new relationship will come in handy if Harry does try his hand at going solo."

Following South America, the Where We Are Tour will move through Europe and North America, before finishing in Miami, US, on October 5.

One Direction 'Where We Are' Tour Promises Fireworks

If you're planning to go to a One Direction concert on their upcoming Where We Are tour, brace yourself for an awesome show.

We already know the 1D guys deliver when it comes to live performances, but it sounds like they're amping up the theatrics just a little bit.

If only we could see Harry, Liam, Louis, Zayn and Niall doing some over-the-top P!nk style aerial acrobatics...but we'll just have to settle for fireworks.

Well, that's not too shabby, actually.

Niall recently dished to Kevin Hughes of Capital FM: "We've been chatting with our creative director, a guy called Lee Lodge--he's very good at stadiums. He did Robbie Williams' last tour--he came up with the creative directive for that."

He added, "We've worked with Lee on basically all our TV performances we've ever done and Lee has decided that he wants to come on board for our stadium tour and he's been sending us pictures this week of our stage and stuff and it's literally ridiculous."

Liam added: "We have Coldplay and Rudimental's pyro guy so we're gonna have some amazing fireworks,. It's gonna be like bonfire night all over again."

Sounds like it's all shaping up to be amazing.

One Direction gets comfy on the couch behind-the-scenes at their book signing held at Alexandra Palace on Monday afternoon (November 18) in London, England.

The guys — Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Liam Payne — met with fans and took pictures with them as they signed copies of “Where We Are”.

The day after, 1D was spotted arriving at Heathrow Airport for a flight out of town.
