After a successful North American run during the Neon Lights Tour, Demi Lovato has announced dates for her first world tour. The North American leg of “Demi: The World Tour” is scheduled to hit 25 cities over seven weeks from early September through late October. The majority of Demi Lovato tickets for the upcoming tour will go on sale this weekend. The early secondary market average for tickets that have already been released is currently $181.03, according to TiqIQ. That’s already 21% above her previous Neon Lights Tour, which concluded on May 17 and had an average price of $149.23.

The Neon Lights Tour had a high average price of $290.36 when she played the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey on March 7. The lowest average price for the tour was $69.29 at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska on March 16.

The pop singer will begin her upcoming tour in the Northeast at the Baltimore Arena on September 6. She will make her way south for two shows in Florida, followed by shows in New Orleans, San Antonio, Tulsa and Kansas City. After a two-show West Coast run in San Diego and Seattle, Lovato will travel north to play three Canadian shows in Edmonton, Calgary and Saskatoon in early October. The tour will then head to Illinois for shows in Moline and Chicago October 11 and 14. Two eastern dates follow in Kentucky and Connecticut before she heads back to Canada for shows in Montreal and Hamilton. The singer will conclude her North American stretch of tour dates at the Prudential Center in Newark, NJ on October 25.

Currently, the most expensive secondary market tickets on the tour are for the October 15 concert at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville with an average price of $280.66.

The Demi: World Tour will run in support of Lovato’s fourth studio record, Demi, and is sure to be her biggest production on tour yet. The singer will also bring special guests Christina Perri and MKTO on the road with her through her North American leg.

In addition to her North American tour dates, Lovato has also announced a short European tour leg beginning in late November. While more international dates will likely be added, there are confirmed dates in Glasgow, Birmingham, London and Manchester from November 25-29.

Demi Lovato Sings "Give Me Love" and Ed Sheeran's a Fan!

Demi Lovato's iHeartRadio Live concert didn't disappoint--and neither did her cover of Ed Sheeran's "Give Me Love." Yep, she nailed it. And she gained Ed as a fan in the process. Not too bad, really.

Demi told the audience, "This is my surprise. It's one of my favorite songs. This song means everything to me." Awe. Some.

Afterwards, Ed tweeted: "@ddlovato incredible" and she responded "Thank you SO much!!" High praise from Ed himself? Total win.

She added, "Tonight was SO much fun... Thank you guys for watching... I love you all!! Thanks @iHeartRadio!!!!!"

Demi also performed "Warrior," telling fans before the song, "I've been through a lot, and you guys have supported me every step of the way, and I thank you for that. I get sick and tired of sharing my story, but every time I tell it, I know one person is going to hear it that never heard it."

She continued: "No matter what you go through, whether it is a mental illness, being bullied at school, or cutting, having a substance abuse issue, or an eating disorder, don't be afraid to ask for help. That's what I did."

Demi added, "You are worthy of life. You have so much ahead of you. So just work it out. This goes out to all of my warriors."

Cher Lloyd Was 'Always On Guard' On Tour With Demi Lovato

Cher Lloyd may have walked away unscathed by any of the pranks on Demi Lovato's Neon Lights Tour, but that's only because she was fully prepared for what Demi had up her sleeve.

The U.K. "X Factor" alum warned Demi before she hit the road that she'd better "watch out" for any shenanigans, and when she stopped by MTV News recently, she told us how she dodged Demi's master plan.

"I heard that Demi was going to pull a prank on me — I heard it through the grapevine. And I had this big fluffy onesie in the back of my bus. ..." Lloyd said. "I just put the onesie on and I thought it would be funny 'cause I'll get onstage looking like an idiot, and she's going to do something to me, so I might as well stroll up looking like a tiger, lion or whatever it was. And she had this silly string, but she was cracking up so much that it was quite difficult to silly-string me. I'm always on guard for that sort of stuff — you can't catch me. I'd like to see you try!"

And Lloyd certainly had her guard up when the girls of Fifth Harmony, who were also openers on tour, decided to thank the "Neon Lights" singer for a spot on the tour with a pie in the face.

"I was in the room at the time," Lloyd said. "But most of the time, I'm in cloud cuckoo land, I just smile a lot and talk a lot, so I saw a pie come from somewhere, but I had no involvement. I ain't getting locked up for that sh--."

Now that the tour is officially wrapped, Lloyd is focusing on her upcoming second album, Sorry I'm Late, which hits stores May 27 and features the recently released tracks "Sirens" and "Dirty Love." Lloyd has been releasing her new music in a unique way. The "Want U Back" singer has teamed up with MTV to pick some very lucky fans to unveil new songs and unlock a piece of her album artwork.

"I've been tired of waiting and my fans are so eager to hear it and that's why I've had a fan release one of the tracks every two weeks," Lloyd said. "Because it's like this can't wait anymore and I know they can't either."

Demi Lovato Cries During Emotional "Warrior" Performance: Grab a Tissue and Watch

Okay, we are firmly Team Demi Lovato over here and one of the things we love most about her is how real and honest she is. Plus she's so inspirational. Oh, and also gorgeous. And talented...

Okay, we could go on and on, but her breakdown during a recent performance of "Warrior" had us completely in shambles and cheering her on even more. Watch as Demi cries during an emotional speech at a recent Neon Lights tour stop in Nashville

She explained to the audience: "I've had a rough couple years. Alright, I guess a couple of years ago it was rough. Now I'm pretty f**king happy...But I share my story because I meet so many of you guys that tell me that you are dealing with same issues that I dealt with. Like self harm, which is something that's so taboo to talk about, and I wanted to take that stigma away from it so people have the courage to get help and ask for help for it..."

Demi continued: "You tell me about other things that you deal with, like being bullied or having an eating disorder or having a substance abuse problem, and I want you to know that I've been through all of that...I want you guys to see that if you open your mind and your heart to the power of surrendering to happiness and health, you can truly have a better life."

Now raise your hand if you got your ugly cry on while watching it...or was that just us?

Demi Lovato's Tour Video Goes Behind the Scenes: Oh Hey, Nick Jonas

Demi Lovato takes fans behind the scenes of her Neon Lights tour in this new video, where she explains the vision behind the show, the theme and some of the details about how she and Nick Jonas hooked up for this tour--which we were dying to know more about.

Demi explains that the tour "represents a new me" with a theme of "a girl-empowerment vibe. Where it's all just about tons of girls getting up there, showing what we can do--being fierce, strong women on stage and really giving the audience something to look up to."

And that's all totally awesome, but we were completely focused on Nick gushing over Demi as a performer and how he helped her get this show together. Their friendship is just everything, isn't it?

Demi also shared a little bit of inspiration, explaining, "Hopefully I can show people that it's really important that you have confidence when you put yourself out there in front of people."

She's brimming with confidence on this tour and seems to be loving every minute...but when's Nick joining her on stage again?

Demi Lovato lights up Anaheim with her Neon Lights Tour

Demi Lovato is taking her latest album on the road. The Neon Lights Tour will support her fourth studio album, will hit 28 venues in North America and will then travel to South America for an additional 11 dates.

I got to enjoy Neon Lights at the second California stop in Anaheim at the Honda Center. As only her third stop on the tour, she brought out the big guns as she took on arena shows for the first time as a headliner.

The show began with opening act, Fifth Harmony. The five-girl group was created on the second season of the short-lived US version of The X Factor. The group didn’t win their season, but they arguably became the biggest act of the season. The girls put on quite a show, performing songs off their debut EP, Better Together. For being an opening act, they put on quite a show. They showed fierce attitude, individual personalities and of course powerhouse vocals.

In a group of five teenage girls, you’d think that their personalities would clash on stage. However, they all have a strong presence and they performed together with ease. The highlight of their set was when they sang a cover of Destiny’s Child’s “Independent Women.” Though most of the arena was full of adolescents who were barely born when that song came out, everyone was on their feet dancing along with the group.

UK girl group, Little Mix, also served as an opening act for the show. The four-girl army performed songs off their latest album, Salute. Little Mix was also a product of The X Factor. Creator Simon Cowell brought the girls over to the states after they won their season of the show and took over the UK. One Direction member, Zayn Malik, even took a seat in the crowd to watch the show. He is currently dating Perrie Edwards from Little Mix. His attendance caused ear-shattering screams and over-the-top behavior from teenage girls, causing him to run backstage.

Demi Lovato took the stage around 9 p.m. to a standing ovation. She opened the show with “Heart Attack,” her first single off her fourth album, Demi. She went straight into “Remember December” right after, leaving little room for a breather. Most of the show went like this. With song after song, Lovato performed a wide variety from every one of her albums, something many artists do not do.

About almost halfway through the show, Demi brought out surprise guest, Nick Jonas, to help her out with a few songs. Jonas is currently serving as Demi’s musical and creative director for the tour. Jonas was met with high-pitched screams as he and Demi sang three of her songs together.

For her performance of “Don’t Forget,” she created a montage of highlights from early in her career. Clips from Camp Rock, Sonny With A Chance and music videos from her first album lit up the screens around the arena as Demi playfully imitated her exaggerated hair flips she was known for.

Demi also added a soon-to-be Disney classic song to her set list from an Oscar-nominated movie. She performs her rendition of “Let it Go” from Frozen on her tour, which will pull at everyone’s heartstrings. The video I shot of the performance is down below.

Her final song of the set list was “Neon Lights.” As her latest single, fans get to see a different side of her music that incorporates a catchy dance beat along with deep base lines throughout the song. She also invited fans to download an app to coincide with the performance of the song that would synchronize as soon as the song began playing. Soon, the arena was full of neon lights radiating from their phone screens courtesy of the Neon Lights App.

Lovato soon returned for an encore performance where she sang her two biggest hits: “Give Your Heart a Break” and “Skyscraper.” Overall, she put on quite a show. The stage had a design, leaving most of the audience’s attention to be focused on Lovato. Make sure to catch Demi on her Neon Lights Tour when it visits a venue near you.

So Excited! Demi Lovato Can’t Wait To Start Her Neon Lights Tour

Thousands of Lovatics will soon descend upon Vancouver to see their favorite artist Demi Lovato make her triumphant return to the concert stage.

“In less than 24 hours this place will be full of Lovatics!!!! VANCOUVER ARE YOU READY?!?!?! #NEONLIGHTSTOUR,” Demi tweeted with a picture of the empty arena on Feb 8., the night before her tour kicked off.

She can’t suppress her excitement, tweeting updates for fans about the upcoming tour.

I've never been more excited for a tour in my life... It feels like Christmas morning!!!!!” the Skyscraper singer tweeted.

Demi toured sporadically between 2011 and 2013, and in 2010, she pulled out of the Jonas Brothers’ world tour in order to check herself into rehab for “emotional and physical issues.”

Now she’s back, happy and healthy, and she's enlisted the help of a friend to help her concert blow fans away. Her Jo Bros pal, Nick Jonas, will serve as her creative and musical director for the tour.

“Demi came to the whole team just on the creative side — both video and music," Nick told MTV News. "And she said, 'I want to give fans something special for every bit of the show.'"

That something special will include exclusive content for concertgoers like new music videos.

“I was also really inspired by Beyoncé, who had a music video for every single song on the album," Demi told MTV News. "And some of these I had music video ideas for a while and ... I'm excited for people to see it."

Can fans expect a Camp Rock reunion on stage between Nick and Demi?

“We've always had collaborations with music so that's not something that's new to us, but we have to keep come secrets,” Demi teased. "So ... maybe."

No fair!

Fans can look forward to hearing songs from all four of the Heart Attack singer's albums.

Demi’s Neon Lights tour starts on Feb. 9 in Vancouver before moving down the West Coast to California.
