Tobey Maguire and Sofia Richie were seen at 1 OAK nightclub hanging out together earlier this month in West Hollywood, Calif.
There are photos of the two partying together, but sources tell TMZ that Tobey, 41, is not dating anyone right now after his split from his wife Jennifer Meyer.
News just broke that Tobey and Jennifer are splitting after nine years of marriage. They allegedly separated back in June.
Tobey has apparently been seen hitting up some clubs with his pal Leonardo DiCaprio in the recent past.
Sofia, 19, has most recently been linked to Justin Bieber.
