Dude had a broken ear drum (due to a wake boarding accident) when he got his sing on, but he went full force into his performance of "What Do You Mean?" That's the same song he sang at the VMAs last month when he broke down at the end. Don't worry, Justin didn't cry this go around. He killed it.
We aren't really sure what to think about Bieber's EMA outfit, though. He sang and danced his heart out in an oversized, red t-shirt...with red pants. He still looked cute AF, don't get us twisted! We just prefer the suits, Biebs!
