Raven-Symone Thinks the Ariana Grande #DonutGate Drama is Totally Lame

Rob Lowe definitely didn't buy into Ariana Grande's initial "lame" apology for licking donuts and saying she hates America, but The View co-host Raven-Symonè doesn't believe the "Love Me Harder" singer has any reason to be sorry about her comments. In fact, Raven thinks #DonutGate shouldn't be as big a deal as everyone is making it out to be.

During a discussion about Ariana's "I hate America" proclamation on the talk show on Wednesday morning, Raven totally downplayed Ari's words, saying, "I mean, it's all come out of our mouths once or twice. When you're at a fast-food restaurant or something with a big old cake and chocolate and you're like, 'Oh, America, why do you do this to me?'"

Obviously, Raven's not afraid to go against the grain, offering controversial opinions on everything from not being labeled gay or African-American to the Bill Cosby sexual assault allegations to not wanting Harriet Tubman on the $20 bill.

So, after all that, is anyone actually shocked that Raven thinks all this Ariana slander is pointless? Nah, we didn't think so. This simply gave her co-hosts on The View yet another reason to give her some serious side-eye action, for which she was clearly prepared.
