Why Is Miley Cyrus Giving Out Money to People?

What's a better way to get people going than to give them some money? That's exactly what Miley Cyrus did when she ran into the paparazzi outside 1 OAK nightclub on Wednesday, May 13 in New York City.

"How I deal wit da paps #mileymoney," the tweerking singer posted on Instagram with a pic of herself giving away fake money from her balloon basket. We aren't really sure what Miley money can buy you, but we bet it's a good time.

Earlier in the night, Miley debuted her new song "Tiger Dreams" during the Adult Swim Upfront Party. That didn't go down without her sporting butterfly nipple pasties and lighting up a huge joint on stage, though.
