This is really cool...and also one of those things that you can easily get sucked into and, before you know it, some major time has passed you by. Check out this website, called Clash, that can take any sentence you type in and turn it into a song made of audio samples from a huge library of music (Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, among them), movies, TV, YouTube clips and more.
Think of it as a kind of musical Google Translate. Well, kind of. And don't expect to create the next big hit song because, at least from our testing, the results make for one wonky musical output.
Still, it's interesting to see where the site pulls each soundbite of your sentence from as you can rollover or click each word to get the specifics on where the clip came from.
You can also click words and scroll through a number of different options if you're looking for something that fits the rest of the phrase a little better, musically speaking.
