Harry took to Twitter to clear up the rumor and point-blank tell the guy he's a big old liar. But, of course, he did it in the most polite way ever. We heart him even more for this one.
Brett Hartzell had tweeted: "Just ran into Harry Styles at the tigers game and he Gave me $100 to get him two beers and I took the money and left #sweartogod"
Harry called out the fan in the best possible way, tweeting: "@bretthartzell I wasn't at the tigers game. Cool story though"
The guy, clearly feeling like a chump and/or being attacked by 1D fans, issued an apology over the tweet - and, guess what? There are no hard feelings and Harry even wished the guy well. How amazingly sweet is he?
Harry followed it up with an important lesson, tweeting: "Love everybody."
Fans paid him back by getting the topic #YoureSoLovedHarry trending, sharing some of Harry's finest moments. Can you feel the love, guys?
