The former 'X Factor' judge isn't a fan of the pop heartthrob and disapproves of his wild antics over the past year, which have included racy nights out in strip clubs, getting into brawls with the paparazzi and being arrested for drag racing in Miami.
As a manager herself, having looked after her husband Ozzy Osbourne's career for 30 years, Sharon believes Justin's behaviour is due to bad management and says she wouldn't have tolerated it.
She told the Daily Mirror newspaper: ''He needs a good slap. He is surrounded by the wrong people, by kiss-asses. I would say, 'Put your little ass in the studio and don't come out until you have a great body of work.' ''
The 61-year-old showbiz veteran went on to dismiss Justin's music as ''floppy, poppy [and] disposable'' and claims the quality of his tunes don't give him a ''licence to misbehave''.
Sharon also spoke candidly about her obsession with plastic surgery and the moment she realised she had taken things too far.
She said: ''A couple of years ago I looked at myself and thought, 'Oh dear, you look plastic.' I looked at myself being interviewed on TV - I looked like The Joker!''
