Should we expect to see Big Time Rush and Dancing With the Stars star James Maslow and Taylor Swift working together soon? There's talk the two singers are being eyed for Fox's upcoming live television production of Grease.
Ever since James proved he could sing and dance this season on DWTS, his name has been thrown around to play one of the leading, male roles in the infamous musical. His fans and onlookers aren't the only ones who seem to think the idea is a great one, either.
"I've asked my team about it, and we've been so busy there hasn't been time for a meeting, but sure! If they'd consider me, I'd absolutely take a meeting. But no, there's been nothing talked about specifically yet. We haven't had time," James told Parade.com.
NBC produced a live rendition of the Sound of Music with Carrie Underwood last year and it was a huge success for the network. Since then, there has been talk that Fox has plans to produce a live rendition of Grease starring a famous singer too. There are rumors that person will be T-Swift.
