Miley Cyrus was all about Justin Bieber during her recent visit to see Jay Leno on The Tonight Show.
When Jay asked the "Wrecking Ball" singer what advice she had to give to the troublesome Biebs, who is actually her pal in real life, she said, "You've got a lot of money. Pay people to make sure you don't get into trouble."
"Party at your house."
She added, "Buy a house. Add a club to it."
Jay also asked her if she has any regrets about her teen years and she said, "You know it's funny because today I was looking, my fans had put all these mugshots up and they were like, "'I don't see a Miley mugshot yet.'"'
Pretty good point, huh? Everyone seems to think she's the wild child of the bunch but she actually hasn't been in any legal trouble.
"I'm not doing anything illegal! I'm doing a lot of (stuff). .. " she told Jay, "Everything I do is legal in California."
Miley's a known marijuana smoker along with Justin. Toxicology reports from JB's DUI arrest night in Miami show he was under the influence of weed and Xanax when pulled over.
This isn't the only advice Miley has given Justin either. She told him a few months ago he needed to take a break for awhile. Didn't seem like he listened then...think he will listen to her now?
