Ariana Grande Causes Chaos As She Arrives In Japan As She Opens Up On Nathan Sykes Split

Ariana Grande received a pretty huge welcome following her arrival in Japan today, touching down in the country only to be greeted by a sea of fans as she made her way out of the airport.

The Almost Is Never Enough singer arrived at Tokyo's Narita International airport to hundreds of screaming fans, the result of which saw airport security having to set up extra waiting areas to accomodate them all.

The pop star signed and took pictures with fans, who were so excited that they nearly broke through security lines and extra police had to be brought in to contain the over-excited masses.

Ariana was seen rocking a casual but feminine ensemble as she made her way through the airport. The 20-year-old looked super-cute in a pair of black shorts, a black sweater and wedged black trainers as she wore her hair in her signature half-up, half-down do.

The singer recently opened up for the first time about her failed relationship with The Wanted member Nathan Sykes, revealing that the break-up happened "a while ago". Rumours had been circulating for the past few months that they pair had called time on their relationship, though neither party confirmed it.

Speaking in an interview with US radio DJ Showbiz Shell, Ariana said: "We broke up a little while ago, but he's a really good friend.

"He's so talented. I am so glad to have met him and have a friend like him in my life. He's an amazing person. It was very civil. It was mutual."

She added: "He's such a great person. I adore him and he's so talented."

The singer was also spotted looking flawless on the red carpet at the Grammy's last Sunday but appeared to break down in tears - nope, not because of Nathan - because paps were ordering her around.

"I first hand watched what happened," wrote one fan about the incident on Twitter.

"Ariana was happy and she went with the best confidence on the red carpet. She was doing good at first.

"But then the paps yelled really loud all wanting her to look at them. she can't listen to all of them at once and they kept ordering her around.

"She made one mistake by moving left a bit too quick and when she tried to move back she tripped. Eventually she got flustered and upset."
