Some people are careful not to eat anything messy while wearing white due to the stain potential, but not our J. Law!
While filming American Hustle, Oscar winner, junk food aficionado and photobombing expert Jennifer Lawrence regularly noshed on Doritos, leaving orange dust on her the tight white costume dress her character wears throughout the movie.
It's a good thing they had back up versions on hand!
"Jennifer Lawrence is a very...let's say...raw and intuitive young lady, and she's not against eating Doritos and snack food in her costume," the film's Oscar nominated costume designer Michael Wilkinson told Vanity Fair. "So we were glad that we had a couple [backups]."
They originally made multiple versions because her character was supposed to spill champagne on herself in one scene.
We're not surprised that Jen, the girl who didn't diet or work out despite wearing a costume of body paint for X-Men, didn't let a white dress ruin her snack attack!
J. Law knows that Doritos are always a do, no matter what you're wearing.
