A representative for Lea Michele has released a statement in wake of Cory Monteith‘s shocking death.
“We ask that everyone kindly respect Lea’s privacy during this devastating time.” the statement reads on behalf of the 26-year-old actress. Lea was romantically involved with her Glee co-star for over a year.
Cory was found dead in his Vancouver hotel room after missing his check-out time on Saturday (July 13). Be sure to read the full statement made by the Vancouver Police.
Glee producers, Fox and 20th Century Fox Television executives also released a joint statement in regards to the tragedy.
Cory‘s Glee co-stars past and present who had the pleasure of working with him have been expressing their sadness on Twitter.
