Congrats to The X Factor and Demi Lovato for quietly taking home 2013 People’s Choice Awards. Half the show’s winners were revealed online — or in random asides, quickly added after other announced winners — so we almost missed this exciting news.
It turns out, The X Factor was named Favorite Competition TV Show, winning over America's Got Talent, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, and The Voice.
Also, our beloved Demi won Favorite Celebrity Judge over Adam Levine, Britney Spears (oops! sorry, girl), Christina Aguilera, and Jennifer Lopez.
It was revealed at the start of the PCAs that 475 million votes had been cast for the show. So a lot of people love Demi and The X Factor — not just their parents. Great job, fans!
