Taylor Swift gets teary-eyed as she performs a new song during Stand Up 2 Cancer 2012 held at The Shrine Auditorium on Friday night (September 7) in Los Angeles.
The 22-year-old musician penned the song for a 4-year-old boy named Ronan, who passed away from a battle with cancer.
The track, also called “Ronan” is available on iTunes now, with all proceeds going to cancer related charities.
