The 19-year-old musician took home the first moon man of the night — Best Video with a Message for “Skyscraper.”

“This will actually set a lot of my performances apart,” Demi shared about her performance. “This is going to be something I think everyone’s going to be surprised by. I can’t give away too much, but it’s going to be really cool. And I’m excited.”
