Kelly Rowland has offered new The X Factor USA judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato the benefit of her experience on the UK version of the show.
The former Destiny's Child star, who has been replaced on our version of the show by Nicole Scherzinger, told MTV News: "I'm excited for them. I'll let them know it's a lot of work. It is a lot of work, but it was definitely a great process.
"You might be running into the next big thing. Or, like for Britney, the next big her, or the next big Demi Lovato. I think that's really exciting for them, and they'll be a part of that, and they'll never forget that."
And Kelly suggested that it will be important for Lovato and Spears to work properly with the contestants they mentor.
She continued: "Any advice? Take it one day at a time. It's a lot of work, but it's a lot of fun. Choose the right songs and songs that will make people excited, make them feel something... you have to touch people's hearts."
Show boss Simon Cowell is reported to have been spoiling the contestants on the US show.
