Treating herself to a shopping spree, Miley Cyrus headed out to the boutiques of New York City yesterday afternoon (July 23).
The “Party in the USA” songstress looked superfine in a cropped black top with colorful shorts and over-the-knee black zip-up boots as she carried a shopping bagful of finds.
Meanwhile, Miley’s fiance Liam Hemsworth recently told press that he can’t think of a better woman to suit him as his wife.
“My fiancée... She’s extremely happy and has a sense of humor about life. And she has taught me you can step back and not take everything so seriously. Happy, positive, fun- those qualities are good in anyone.”
“She doesn’t care [about superficial things]. My style is very inconsistent. One day, I’ll put together a cool outfit, and the next, I’ll look like a homeless person.”
