Justin Bieber is about to make one very special fan's dreams come true, as he's promised to meet sick fan Megan Ham of Vancouver, Washington.
As Justin's fans know, he's a total sweetheart, and this act of kindness only supports that.
11-year-old Megan suffers from a rare neurological disorder called Lissencephaly. She can't walk or talk and has up to 70 seizures a day.
But Justin's music truly has a healing effect.
When Megan listen's to Justin's music, it really has an impact, with a teacher explaining, "It really helps her to get through the day. It keeps her happy and it keeps her comfortable."
She responds to his music, smiling and kicking her legs... the amazing power of music!
Justin sent a shout out to Megan on Twitter yesterday, writing: "MEGAN you stay strong for me and I'm gonna make sure we meet when i come to Portland. Love you and Thank You :)."
He'll be in Portland on October 8 and no doubt this meeting will be something special.
