Justin Bieber's gives a shout out — 'I'm not a kid anymore,' But...

Justin Bieber gives a shout-out as he wants the world to know "he's not a kid anymore." While still 17, Justin's grown up fast, as he's living life in a mostly adult world. He's in a serious relationship, and for all intents and purposes, he isn't a kid anymore—but in his next breath, he says, "he doesn't feel completely grown-up yet!"

In all fairness how many out there can say that they don't psychological feel the years go by? People at 30 still claim they're not any different in their ways of thinking than they were at 18; maybe this is the phenomenon that Justin's referring to? As far as looking grown up, in this latest E Online article, he has Selena pushed up against a glass refrigeration unit full of drinks at a store, and he looks like he's in the heat of passion with the kiss he's planted on her.

While it's been known for some time that these two are beyond the hand-holding stage, he's becoming more daring with the PDA as time goes on. Another thing that this man, who's "not a kid anymore," is going through is some experimenting with his looks, as his latest hair-do includes dying his locks dark brown. He's seen in a cap covering the new color change after his first pictures snapped in public led to some criticism for the change.

Justin Bieber is close enough to legal age now that he's doing almost everything that he would end up doing once hitting 18. Another point he made in his recent interview that he's striving "to be the best" at what he does and eventually he wants "to be the best ever" at what he does. Justin is mature enough to admit he's still learning and that sometimes he still doesn't feel grown-up!

When Justin Bieber first broke on the scene, many thought he was a temporary phenomenon and at best he'd fade out in a year or two. No one counted on this kid's, "who's now grown-up," tenacity and definite goals at this stage of the game. If anyone can "be the best ever at what he does," chances are it's Bieber!
