A report claiming Demi Lovato has returned to rehab for alcohol and cocaine addictions has been denied by her representative.
BlindGossip reported that the 'Camp Rock' star, who spent Christmas 2010 in a treatment facility for issues including bipolar disorder and self-harm, has been admitted to Passages, a centre in Malibu, California.
The blog alleges: "Demi is expected to remain a resident of the facility for several weeks, after which time she will transition to out-patient treatment."
However, speaking to Gossip Cop, a representative for the singer and actress said bluntly: "It is a crock of s**t".
Another famous Demi on the other hand, Demi Moore, has been admitted to a treatment facility. Representatives for the former Mrs Ashton Kutcher have blamed exhaustion.
Lovato has previously told her 5.6 million Twitter followers that she is "taking a break" from the site.
