Selena Gomez took time off her busy concert touring to make a dream come true for a serious fan. Thanks to Ryan Seacrest, the entertainer was alerted to a Christmas wish of one of her fans. On Wednesday, the entertainer got to make the holidays more special for her fan Hana.
The 13-year-old has an illness that speeds up aging in children up to 10 times faster than a typical child. In a hospital in the Los Angeles area, Hana listens to Selena Gomez’s music during treatment and finds Gomez’s words comforting while dealing with her illness. The tutor of the young lady, Sara, actually got in touch with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS radio to see if he could help with some Christmas cheer for Hana. In addition to a couple of Kindles and some cash, he dialed up Selena Gomez to see if she could make time to stop by and see Hana.
“Selena came and we are still in disbelief. We’re still floating on cloud nine. Hana didn’t know anything. We surprised her. Selena comes in and says, ‘Hi Hanna! How are you?’” said Sara explaining how Selena Gomez made a quiet entrance to see her fan.
