Miley Cyrus has responded to rumors that she and Liam Hemsworth are having relationship problems after the actress/singer sparked the rumors herself by posting sad lyrics from a song on her Twitter page.
Over the holidays Miley posted these lyrics from The Smiths song "How Soon Is Now?" on the social networking site: "I am human and I need to be loved. Just like everybody else does." The lyrics could be seen as Miley's way of trying to remind the world that she's a human being with thoughts and feelings and not just a tabloid darling—after all, she's faced a bit of bad press lately due to her admission that she smokes weed (which she says was just a joke) and the way she swore at one of her fans recently (to be fair, the fan started it by being rude to her).
However, some of Miley Cyrus' fans seemed to believe that the lyrics signified trouble between her and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, even though he and Miley were on vacation together in Costa Rica just last week. Luckily for those worried that The Hunger Games star might ditch Miley as he becomes more famous, Miley quickly dispelled the rumors by writing this: "My bio is a song by The Smiths. One of my favorites You should check it out. There's no trouble in paradise. I am so happy and so loved. But it is true. I am human and I need to be loved. Just like all 4,108,281 of you (Twitter followers). It's xmas make sure everyone you love knows how much." (Via Contact Music)
So it seems that Miley Cyrus' message might have been inspired by the holidays rather than any relationship trouble, and hopefully Liam Hemsworth did his best to make her feel loved this Christmas with a romantic gift and a kiss under the mistletoe.
